Excellent service and delicious treats! What more can you ask? ~Allison W.

Rachael- We are preparing for our annual trip west, and I am researching stops. We loved discovering your cafe last summer and were looking forward to an encore visit. I have recommended your shop many times in the last year. I am disappointed we will not again meet over your delicious creations, but I hope you and your family are enjoying your new adventure. ~Shannon K.

Who We Are

3andME is a mobile coffee shop serving espresso, lattes, smoothies & frappes. Our espresso beans are locally roasted in Hebron, ND and we only use local, creamy, delicious Bessy’s Best Milk (unless you need a milk alternative such as soy or coconut). Hungry? Try one of our fresh wraps, using local produce, as much organic as possible. And then, our favorite part- dessert!

But why coffee? One of Rachael’s favorite authors, Mark Batterson, quotes it best in his book The Circle Maker, “After all, Jesus didn’t just hang out at the synagogue. He hung out at wells, and wells were the natural gathering places in ancient culture. One day it dawned on me that coffeehouses are postmodern wells.” When you’re happy or sad, congratulating or consoling, brainstorming or meditating, relaxing or waking up, people love coffee! And some are hesitant to enter a church building, so we figured we would serve coffee along with the Word of God, where people are comfortable. “I do the ordinary every day, serving coffee and muffins. But I want to do the ordinary with God and the presence of the Holy Spirit, every day, all day,” states Rachael.

While managing the 3andME cafe in New Salem, Rachael met and married Dathan. Their new family decided on a new adventure- a mobile coffee shop which would grant them the opportunity to travel and go to the people. “For you were called to freedom, brothers & sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity to indulge your flesh, but through love serve one another” Galatians 5:13. With the freedom of being mobile, 3andME can now travel and serve more people coffee and food, but most importantly the love and hope of Jesus.

“God has been so faithful and so good to me,” states Rachael. “He is a Redeemer and gave me a second chance at life, to live it righteously and in freedom. And now that is my life’s purpose, to serve God and others, and to make sure everyone knows how loved and special they are, created by God with a purpose.”

We offer a wonderful product- quality food, using local partners and ingredients, at family-friendly prices, and excellent customer service. Our back of the house motto- 'Changing the world one coffee and one smile at a time.' It is the mission of 3andME to provide amazing food- but also that each customer leave happier than when they first arrived.

Our founding Bible verse is James 1:27, “Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.” Rachael is extremely passionate about preventing domestic abuse and ensuring that these brave women who make the choice to leave a violent relationship, situation, home etc. have a safe and welcoming place to go. Therefore, a portion of their profits will consistently be donated to the Abused Adult Resource Center in Bismarck, ND. “These women and children are widows and orphans, and they need to know how loved and cherished and purposeful they are. We’ve chosen to support the AARC because their mission is to provide a safe environment and to restore hope,” Rachael explains.

Be loved. Be love.
